At Lift we believe in helping our clients nail their business goals with video. We create brand videos, internal communications content, promotional videos and more, working predominantly in logistics & transport.
We’re looking for someone organised, easy to work with and reliable to help manage and deliver our video projects.

Who Fits the Bill?
- Has some experience with video production or a passion for the industry
- Great with organisation as tasks will include managing projects, completing pre production for projects, creating call sheets, making sure we get all the shots we need on shoots, managing crew and making sure we meet deadlines.
- Confident leading production and ensuring a vision comes to life – you may need to go on set and interview people for videos.
- Familiar with client management, delivering briefs, and providing strategic input throughout the creative process.
- Ability to oversee post-production processes, working closely with editors and motion graphics artists to deliver top-tier content.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can handle the unexpected with ease.
- Based near or able to travel to our Nunawading office, as well as interstate travel for shoots.
Responsibilities you’ll have:
- Having Kickoff calls with clients and completing the necessary pre-production for a project
- Organising different projects and ensuring we’re on track to meet deadlines
- Coordinating times and dates with clients and freelance crew
- Helping build systems and processes as we grow for the team to follow
- Attending shoots where needed and conducting interviews
The Nitty-Gritty:
Position: Part time permanent (Subject to a 3-month Probationary Period) with the view to eventually go full time
Working Hours: Aiming for 20 hours a week to begin. Preferably 5 half days but flexible on this.
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: $70,000 + Super (Pro Rata)
