Early on Tuesday Sky made an announcement to the NZ Stock Exchange (NZX) that it would purchase Discovery NZ, which operates Three, having already put the proposed deal to the Commerce Commission and been told the Commission wouldn’t take any action in response to the acquisition.
Sky expects the deal to be completed by 1 August.
