Died in the Wool is an episode of Ngaio Marsh Theatre, an anthology adapting the author’s murder mysteries. Starring George Baker as Inspector Roderick Alleyn, the series leveraged Marsh’s international appeal and was the first NZ TV drama screened in the US.
