Michael Ebeid AM will succeed Nicholas Moore AO as Chair, as Moore’s third term concludes on March 30, 2024.
Joining the Screen Australia Board on July 14, 2023, Michael Ebeid brings a wealth of experience from the media, technology, and telecommunications domains.
Formerly serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of SBS, as well as holding key positions at Telstra, Ebeid was honored as a Member of the Order of Australia in 2017 for his notable contributions to broadcast media and multicultural affairs.
Presently, Ebeid serves as a non-executive director on the boards of the Sydney Opera House and BAI Communications.
