Sky TV has lost another top executive – the pivotal and respected former boss of TV3 (Three), after just eight months. Juliet Peterson moved across to Sky TV as chief business officer when the pay-television broadcaster acquired Three from Warner Bros Discovery for $1 on August 1 last year.
