As one of Hollywood’s earliest and most passionate supporters of technology-based community building, actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt has some choice words for those benefiting from a system that he says has veered wildly off course.
“The tech industry has become a bunch of Lex Luthors,” Gordon-Levitt said (invoking Superman’s notorious evil nemesis) on Jan. 25 as part of The Hollywood Reporter and Autodesk‘s tech-focused panel event, held in partnership with Berggruen Institute, at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.
