Hollywood hotline: New South Wales minister on call to help state’s screen production

A ministerial hotline would be set up to smooth the way for big location shoots by overseas and local filmmakers – as occurred with Ryan Gosling’s The Fall Guy – under plans to be unveiled this week to make NSW more screen-friendly.

The Minns government releases its long-awaited screen and digital gaming strategy on Wednesday, aiming to boost drama and production spending in NSW over the next four years.
