Script to Screen has announced soon-to-be ex-Head of Talent Development at the NZFC, Dale Corlett, as the next ED of Script to Screen. He’ll take up the role to replace Jackie Dennis, who’s stepping down.
Dale’s been leading talent development at the NZFC for the last nine years, since returning from the UK, where he spent 11 years as CEO/Creative Director of GMAC Film in Scotland.
Given his role at the Commission involves dealing with guilds, he’s not been part of any NZFC decision-making relating to funding for industry since his interview for the Script to Screen role. Dale will join Script to Screen in July.
