Are you ready to lead the charge in creative production? Join our dynamic retail team as a Creative Producer, where you’ll oversee production management as well as internal studio management.

Day to day, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of trade campaigns, efficient management of studio resources, and seamless coordination with external partners.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Lead and deliver trade campaigns: Collaborate with internal teams to execute impactful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Manage production resources: Book and coordinate photography partners, studios, and voice-over resources as needed to support campaign delivery.
  • Oversee external partnerships: Review briefs, coordinate with external partners, and dispatch advertising to media agencies.
  • Optimise studio operations: Manage studio tickets, assign resources, and establish production workflows.
  • Support and train team members: Provide training and support to team members on workflows and processes.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

  • 4 years’ experience working as an agency suit, producer or in-house producer, ideally in content production.
  • Skilled in producing branded content.
  • Experience booking freelancer resources from VO to studio to photographers.
  • Exceptionally organised with the ability to juggle many projects at a time.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, ‘can do’ attitude.
